Business Development Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for growth, excellent communication skills, and a strong ability to identify new business opportunities. You will play a key role in expanding CCube Media’s client base and driving revenue by building meaningful client relationships and converting leads into partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, networking, and meetings.

  • Research and understand client needs to offer tailored marketing and creative solutions.

  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and pitches.

  • Maintain and update CRM with accurate records of leads, interactions, and sales progress.

  • Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to align proposals with service offerings.

  • Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and potential business growth areas.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

  • 1–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or client relationship roles (agency experience preferred).

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.

  • Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving targets.

  • Familiarity with marketing, advertising, or creative agency services is a plus.

  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office / Google Workspace.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in B2B sales and client onboarding.

  • Knowledge of digital marketing, branding, or creative services.

  • Ability to manage multiple client conversations and lead pipelines simultaneously.
