Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and persuasive Inside Sales Executive to join our growing team. This role involves engaging with potential clients, understanding their needs, and offering suitable marketing and creative solutions. As the first point of contact, you’ll play a vital role in building client relationships and contributing to business growth through lead qualification and follow-ups.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reach out to prospective clients via phone calls, emails, and messages to pitch CCube Media’s services.
- Understand client requirements and effectively communicate value propositions.
- Maintain a strong follow-up schedule for lead nurturing and pipeline conversion.
- Qualify leads and coordinate with the Business Development team for closures.
- Maintain detailed records of calls, conversations, and outcomes in CRM tools.
- Assist in preparing proposals and quotations when required.
- Collaborate with marketing and content teams for aligned communication.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in inside sales or telemarketing (preferably in media/creative/digital agencies).
- Excellent verbal communication and convincing skills.
- Strong listening skills and client-centric mindset.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing and creative services is a plus.
- Comfortable with CRM tools and lead tracking systems.
- Ability to meet targets and handle rejections professionally.
