Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and people-oriented Client Servicing Executive to manage client relationships and ensure the successful execution of campaigns and deliverables. The ideal candidate will act as a key liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring smooth communication, timely execution, and consistent client satisfaction across all touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.

  • Understand client goals, expectations, and pain points to deliver tailored solutions.

  • Coordinate with internal teams (design, content, marketing, video) to execute projects as per brief.

  • Prepare and share timelines, progress reports, and status updates.

  • Schedule regular check-ins, review meetings, and presentations with clients.

  • Address feedback, resolve concerns, and ensure timely revisions and approvals.

  • Maintain accurate documentation of communication, deliverables, and project timelines.

  • Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and campaign reports.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Mass Communication, or related field.

  • 1–3 years of experience in client servicing, account management, or project coordination (preferably in creative or marketing agencies).

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage timelines under pressure.

  • Familiarity with agency processes and creative workflows.

  • Good understanding of digital marketing and branding fundamentals.

  • Proficient in tools like Excel, Google Workspace, and task management platforms (e.g., Trello, Asana).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in dealing with multiple brands and industries.

  • Basic knowledge of creative briefs, ad campaign lifecycles, and marketing KPIs.

  • Ability to build rapport and maintain long-term client relationships.
