Job Summary:

We are seeking a data-driven and ROI-focused Meta Ads & Google Ads Specialist to plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing performance marketing across Facebook, Instagram, and Google Ads platforms. You’ll be responsible for driving traffic, generating leads, and achieving business growth through paid strategies for both in-house and client projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube).

  • Define KPIs, monitor budgets, and analyze campaign performance to improve ROI.

  • Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, A/B testing, and bid management.

  • Create ad copies, headlines, and work with the creative team for scroll-stopping visuals.

  • Track conversions, set up pixels and event tracking via Google Tag Manager and Meta Events Manager.

  • Provide detailed campaign performance reports and insights for internal and client review.

  • Stay up to date with platform updates, algorithm changes, and digital trends.

  • Troubleshoot campaign issues and implement improvements in real-time.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or related field.

  • 2+ years of experience running Meta and Google Ads campaigns.

  • Proficiency in Google Ads Manager, Meta Business Suite, and Analytics tools.

  • Strong understanding of CPC, CPM, ROAS, CTR, CPL, and other performance metrics.

  • Experience with conversion tracking, custom audiences, and remarketing campaigns.

  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Google Ads and Meta Blueprint certifications.

  • Experience with landing page optimization and tools like Hotjar, Unbounce, or Elementor.

  • Familiarity with CRM tools and email automation is a plus.

  • Prior agency experience managing multiple client campaigns.
