Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and imaginative 3D Artist & VFX Designer to bring cinematic visuals and immersive brand experiences to life. The ideal candidate will have expertise in 3D modeling, texturing, rendering, and visual effects — transforming concepts into high-quality visuals for advertisements, motion reels, product visualizations, and digital campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, model, texture, and render high-quality 3D assets for animations, ads, and branded content.

• Create stunning visual effects including particle systems, lighting simulations, and compositing.

• Collaborate with the creative and video teams to integrate 3D elements into live-action and motion projects.

• Develop realistic product mockups, architecture visualizations, or CGI scenes as per project needs.

• Optimize assets and effects for performance across platforms and formats (social media, video, web).

• Stay current with industry trends, tools, and workflows in 3D and VFX.

• Maintain organized project files and version control across deliveries.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Animation, VFX, Multimedia Arts, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

• 2+ years of professional experience in 3D design and VFX (studio or freelance).

• Proficiency in tools like Blender, Maya, Cinema 4D, Houdini, After Effects, and Photoshop.

• Strong understanding of lighting, shading, texturing, and rendering (Arnold/Redshift/Octane/etc.).

• Experience with VFX techniques such as motion tracking, compositing, and dynamic simulations.

• Good eye for detail, realism, and visual storytelling.

• Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in real estate CGI, product animations, or architectural walkthroughs.

• Familiarity with Unreal Engine, Unity, or other real-time engines is a bonus.

• Knowledge of camera tracking, green screen keying, and match-moving techniques.
