Business Development Executive
Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for growth, excellent communication skills, and a strong ability to identify new business opportunities. You will play a key role in expanding CCube Media’s client base and driving revenue by building meaningful client relationships and converting leads into partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, networking, and meetings.
- Research and understand client needs to offer tailored marketing and creative solutions.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and pitches.
- Maintain and update CRM with accurate records of leads, interactions, and sales progress.
- Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to align proposals with service offerings.
- Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and potential business growth areas.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or client relationship roles (agency experience preferred).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving targets.
- Familiarity with marketing, advertising, or creative agency services is a plus.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office / Google Workspace.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in B2B sales and client onboarding.
- Knowledge of digital marketing, branding, or creative services.
- Ability to manage multiple client conversations and lead pipelines simultaneously.
