Job Summary:

We are looking for a talented and imaginative Motion Graphic Designer to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will bring static visuals to life through compelling animation and storytelling. You will work closely with designers, editors, and marketers to produce engaging motion content for digital campaigns, social media, advertisements, and brand presentations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and animate 2D/3D motion graphics for videos, reels, ads, and digital platforms.

  • Collaborate with the creative team to conceptualize and execute motion-based visuals for brand campaigns.

  • Animate elements like text, icons, logos, and illustrations to enhance storytelling.

  • Work with editors and designers to ensure consistency across motion and static assets.

  • Stay updated with motion design trends, visual styles, and new tools.

  • Manage timelines and deliver high-quality animations under tight deadlines.

  • Optimize animations for various platforms (Instagram, YouTube, websites, etc.).

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Animation, Design, Multimedia, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience in motion graphics, animation, or video design.

  • Proficiency in After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop (Cinema 4D or Blender is a plus).

  • Strong understanding of animation principles, typography in motion, and visual timing.

  • Ability to storyboard and communicate ideas visually.

  • Good sense of color, composition, and movement.

  • Strong attention to detail and creativity in visual execution.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in creating motion for social media, advertising, and explainer videos.

  • Knowledge of sound design basics and syncing audio with visuals.

  • Understanding of brand identity, visual hierarchy, and marketing content creation.
