Job Summary:

We are looking for a strategic and creative Social Media Manager to lead our brand’s online presence across platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and analyzing content strategies that grow engagement, strengthen brand visibility, and drive meaningful results for both CCube Media and its clients. You’ll collaborate with designers, content creators, and the marketing team to craft social-first campaigns that resonate and convert.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute social media strategies for brands across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, etc.)

  • Create, curate, and schedule engaging content tailored to each platform’s format and audience.

  • Monitor trends, reels, viral formats, and platform updates to keep content fresh and relevant.

  • Collaborate with the creative team for visual and video assets.

  • Manage community engagement — respond to comments, messages, and mentions in brand tone.

  • Track KPIs (reach, engagement, growth, CTR, etc.) and prepare monthly performance reports.

  • Plan and manage content calendars for both in-house and client accounts.

  • Coordinate with influencers, run paid ads, and assist in campaign launches if required.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Digital Media, or a related field.

  • 2+ years of experience in social media management (agency experience preferred).

  • Deep understanding of platform algorithms, content formats, and audience behavior.

  • Strong creative thinking and content ideation skills.

  • Basic knowledge of tools like Canva, Buffer, Meta Business Suite, Creator Studio, or Hootsuite.

  • Excellent written communication and time management skills.

  • Ability to adapt tone, visual style, and messaging for various brands.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in running paid social ad campaigns (Meta, LinkedIn, etc.).

  • Familiarity with influencer collaborations and social campaign execution.

  • Video editing or reel creation skills is a bonus.

  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and tweak strategies.
